We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Capital Raising & Investor Communications Manager to support the company's fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financing initiatives. This role will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to manage investor engagement, fundraising activities, financial storytelling, and ongoing communications with existing and prospective investors.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting capital raising activities in fintech, financial services, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Fundraising
Support the execution of equity, debt, and strategic fundraising initiatives.
Coordinate fundraising processes, including investor outreach, due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution.
Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, including pitch decks, financial models, investor presentations, and investment memorandums.
Conduct market research and identify potential investors, venture capital firms, private equity funds, family offices, and strategic partners.
Manage investor pipelines and fundraising trackers to ensure efficient execution of fundraising activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external advisors throughout fundraising transactions.
Investor Relations & Communications
Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
Develop and execute investor communication strategies to strengthen investor engagement and confidence.
Prepare quarterly investor updates, board materials, shareholder communications, and performance reports.
Organize investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and strategic discussions.
Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate information requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate investor databases and communication records.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting
Support financial analysis, business performance reporting, and fundraising strategy development.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
Assist in valuation analysis, fundraising scenarios, and capital structure planning.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and investors.
Track fundraising KPIs and investor engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development teams to gather information for investor communications.
Work closely with executive leadership to articulate the company's vision, strategy, growth plans, and performance to investors.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all investor-facing materials and communications.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Investor Relations, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
Experience supporting fundraising transactions, capital raising activities, or investor engagement programs.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business acumen.
Experience preparing investor decks, board materials, and fundraising documentation.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Preferred
Experience within fintech, payments, Web3, digital assets, banking, or high-growth technology companies.
Familiarity with venture capital, private equity, institutional investors, and strategic fundraising processes.
Experience working with senior executives, board members, and external investors.
CFA, CAIA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous.
