Description and Requirements

We are looking for a talented person to join the Sales operations of Italy market, The team acts as a business partner to the Italy sales leaders and sales teams, understanding their priorities and working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth sales process.

As a Sales Operations Analyst supporting Consumer business, these are your detailed responsibilities:

Support the management and payment of retail promotions

Build a network of contacts with business partners and retailers to ensure the smooth flow of retail promotions.

Lead the process for managing contractual payments to retailers

Manage a quarterly reconciliation process with retailers.

Sales support and analytics to Consumer business

You will report to the Italy/Israel CFO, working as part of the Italian finance and operations team. What you’ll bring/ Position

Requirements :

Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics

Experience in a multi-national company, preferably in a sales support role.

Highly numerate and precise with good knowledge of MS Excel

Fluent in English and Italian

Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and working as part of a team

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32100–42800 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italy and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
