The Team
A&M’s Disputes and Investigations (DI) practice provides forensic accounting and dispute advisory services to clients within a wide variety of industries. The practice brings a practical, results-oriented approach to solving problems related to forensic accounting investigations, financial disputes, regulatory interventions, and technical accounting issues.
How You Will Contribute
Work closely with our Managing Director and Senior Directors / Directors on a variety of assignments in France and internationally
Use forensic accounting skills to investigate fraud and other financial misrepresentation
Assist with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in an investigation, dispute, or accounting related matter
Assist in the performance of complex financial models and analyses
Assist in the preparation of Expert Witness reports of a financial or economic nature
Assist with drafting reports and other client deliverables
Assist with researching technical and industry specific issues
Develop and suggest solutions to complex problems by thinking “outside the box”
Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
Qualifications
We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals who meet the following criteria:
Currently pursuing a dual degree in Law and Business Administration and Management, Finance, or equivalent at a leading university.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (additional European languages such as Dutch, German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus).
Proficiency in Excel, with some experience in financial modeling.
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A strong interest in consulting and private equity, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
