Join us as we embark on an ambitious journey, evolving our digital commerce platforms and building scalable, resilient, and innovative foundations that enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels.

Finding brilliant tech talent is vital to the future of easyJet. With opportunities to work across the technology that powers our app, website, and other digital touchpoints, you’ll help connect over 100 million customers to thousands of their favourite destinations!

As a Technical Product Owner within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team, you will take accountability for one or more squads within a defined Mission. Your focus will be on the services and capabilities owned by those squads, ensuring they are secure, performant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Working closely with Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders, you will translate business and technical requirements into actionable backlog items that drive both customer value and technical excellence. Your work will contribute directly to the evolution of easyJet’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring they meet today’s needs while enabling future innovation.

Validate requirements and maintain traceability to outcomes, supporting clarity, prioritisation, and change management

Capture learnings from incidents and feed them into backlog improvements

Contribute squad input to the Mission roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term platform evolution

Promote automation, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery to drive efficiency and reliability

Engage business stakeholders and external partners to align delivery with priorities and ensure outcomes meet agreed standards

Provide transparent communication on squad progress, risks, and value delivered against Mission objectives
