Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Corporate

Location: Swords HQ (Hybrid)

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support our Corporate teams, including People & Culture, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance, inform strategic decision-making, and ensure effective budget management.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor performance against budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.

Deliver insightful variance analysis and financial reporting.

Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses.

Partner with departmental leaders to support strategic initiatives.

Provide clear financial guidance to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Key Requirements of the Finance Business Partner:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar role.

Strong analytical, financial modelling, and forecasting skills.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
