Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Architect and execute, results-driven go-to-market strategies, drive go-to-market approaches per customer and per product family in order to Infineon’s market share in Microcontroller business throughout EMEA
Drive proactively RFQs at key automotive customers and identify key opportunities
Provide input for market/competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products from regional perspective
Adapt and deploy regional market introduction plan and manage regional G2M product level
Ensure design-wins together with sales and business development activities on product level including commercial synchronization
Deploy our pricing strategy on product level in the region and manage quoting for our product offering
Support Sales with Software offerings, including pricing, licensing, product positioning, and strategic partner offerings
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field (power semiconductors, microcontrollers or similar)
Understanding of Microcontroller product, incl. technical product understanding, market and competitor positioning
Price negotiation skills and proven product management experience
Flexibility to travel within Europe
Fluent English skills, German skills as a plus
