THE ROLE
This is a senior operational leadership role at the heart of our service delivery model. Working alongside the Zonal Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Support Managers across the North West, driving performance, building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across your region.
This is a role for a confident, commercially minded leader who takes personal ownership of results and knows how to get the best from the people around them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a team of Regional Support Managers
Conduct regular regional performance reviews and implement improvement plans
Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction against agreed SLAs and KPIs
Identify underperforming contracts and drive proactive improvement
People Management
Manage scheduling, recruitment, contracts, performance evaluations and disciplinaries
Drive employee engagement and build a high-performance regional culture
Lead succession planning to develop future talent within the team
Financial & Commercial
Take full ownership of regional financial targets and performance reporting
Maintain financial accuracy and manage risk across the region
Build trusted client relationships that support retention and commercial growth
Compliance & Risk
Develop and maintain assignment instructions and risk assessments
Ensure full health and safety compliance across all regional sites
Act as an ambassador for ASEL values and standards at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a sizeable security-based environment
Proven experience managing teams including recruitment, performance management and development
Strong background in commercial contract management within security or facilities management
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project management and health and safety compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid UK driving licence
