What You'll do

Manage all Paid Media Strategy of Hilti Latin America

Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms(Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic management, etc ) targeting Latin American audiences

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Latin American market.

Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices in paid media advertising and updates of new technologies for media analytics.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience running Digital Media Campaigns (setting in digital ads platforms)

In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,Programmatic management, etc

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance

Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Previous experience in Implementation of digital guideline and Data processing

Experience in managing large-scale paid media budget

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
