General Description:
This individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of tactics related to myBeOne Support, program education, awareness and promotions to support the continued growth of BRUKINSA® (zanubrutinib), BEQALZI (sonrotoclax), TEVIMBRA (tislelizumab) and upcoming new indications and new molecular entity launches. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Essential Functions of the job:
Patient Services Strategy & Execution
Drive program awareness and understanding for internal and external audiences
Support development and execution of patient support programs and initiatives to optimize patient access
Strengthen integration across patients and healthcare providers to enhance overall patient experience
Translate field insights and customer needs into a value proposition that refines patient services materials and messaging
Promotional Strategy & Material Development
Lead development and execution of patient services materials in alignment with approved labeling and compliance standards.
Manage end-to-end promotional material lifecycle, including distribution coordination, inventory management, and field communications.
Support development of personal and non-personal marketing programs, including patient-focused campaigns.
Coordinate promotional review submissions (PRC) to ensure regulatory, legal, and compliance alignment.
Distribution & Channel Collaboration
Identify promotional and strategic opportunities within distribution and specialty pharmacy partners.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align distribution strategies with patient access initiatives
Support optimization of channel visibility and patient access solutions
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Legal, Compliance, Advocacy and Commercial Operations teams to ensure aligned execution.
Act as a liaison to agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to support delivery of initiatives.
Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure alignment to timelines and business objectives
5. Insights, Analytics & Performance Tracking
Partner with business analytics to monitor performance of patient services and promotional initiatives.
Assess effectiveness of campaigns and programs and identify opportunities for optimization
Leverage data to inform strategy and improve engagement outcomes
Align with Marketing teams on product-specific and portfolio goals and KPIs for key initiatives/resources
Assist with development of new team members and foster a positive culture within the team and with cross-functional colleagues.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields with 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
Experience in one or more areas:
Patient services / patient support
Market access / reimbursement
Marketing / promotional strategy
Digital / Non personal promotion
Product launch experience preferred
Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Salary Range: $145,200.00 - $195,200.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
