Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes.
Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve user experience.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as:
Figma
Adobe XD
Sketch
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise applications.
Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.
