Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- QA - SFDC

Supports automation, regression, and integration testing activities to improve test efficiency, enhance system reliability, and ensure seamless data and process flow across integrated applications.

Responsibilities

Execute and support regression testing cycles to ensure stability across releases

Assist in automation test execution, maintenance, and enhancement of test suites

Validate APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems

Analyze test results and identify defects across functional, integration, and regression layers

Collaborate with developers, automation engineers, and QA leads to resolve test failures and defects

Participate in test planning and provide inputs for improving automation and integration coverage

Support CI/CD pipelines by validating automated test execution results

Maintain test evidence, scripts, and documentation in line with quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with automation frameworks and tools

Exposure to performance or non-functional testing

Integration testing experience across enterprise or CRM platforms

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing concepts

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience supporting test automation initiatives

Hands-on exposure to API and integration testing

Understanding of regression testing strategies and defect lifecycle

Familiarity with test execution in Agile delivery environments

Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn automation practices

Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Focus on test efficiency, coverage, and reliability

Collaboration mindset across QA and engineering teams
