Role Overview : We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer with strong AI/ML Engineering experience (5+ Years). The ideal candidate should have an AI-first mindset, strong ownership, and a go- to attitude to design and deliver production-grade intelligent backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build scalable backend services using Python Develop and maintain REST APIs for AI/ML-powered applications

Fine-tune and adapt existing ML/LLM models for domain-specific use cases

Implement transfer learning pipelines for production workloads Integrate LLMs and ML models into backend systems

Build model inference and serving infrastructure Develop data pipelines for training and fine-tuning Optimize inference performance and latency Architect reusable AI backend components

Take ownership from design → deployment

Required Skills :

Strong Python backend development experience Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask / AsyncIO) Hands-on AI Engineering / ML integration experience Experience with model fine-tuning and transfer learning

Experience working with pretrained models (LLMs, NLP, CV, or embeddings)

Knowledge of ML lifecycle and model serving Experience with PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases

Understanding of async architecture and background workers Strong debugging and system design skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
