A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Global Procurement Process Manager (P2P) (f/m/d), you drive the continuous transformation, harmonization, and governance of global end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes across regions, functions, and business units. You collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to design and implement a standardized SAP S/4HANA-based process landscape while advancing strategic transformation initiatives. By leveraging digital technologies such as AI and process mining tools, you identify optimization opportunities, enhance process efficiency, and support the deployment of innovative solutions. Through active stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, training, and best-practice sharing, you ensure sustainable adoption, continuous improvement, and global alignment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Ownership and continuous development of the global end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process landscape for Direct and Indirect Materials, including process harmonization, standardization, and governance across regions and business units.

Design, implementation, and monitoring of governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal control mechanisms to ensure process integrity and regulatory adherence.

Leadership of global cross-functional transformation initiatives in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and IT stakeholders.

Optimization and strategic enhancement of procurement systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, in alignment with the global process and system template.

Identification and realization of efficiency and automation opportunities through digital technologies, including AI solutions and process mining tools such as Celonis and Signavio, as well as implementation of innovative P2P solutions.

Performance management, senior stakeholder engagement, best-practice sharing, benchmarking activities, and delivery of training and change communication programs to support organizational transformation.

What You Bring

University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Extensive professional experience in global Procurement with a strong focus on end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process management for direct and/or indirect materials.

Proven track record in leading large-scale process transformation and optimization initiatives within complex international organizations.

Advanced expertise in SAP S/4HANA, AI-enabled procurement solutions, process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio), and P2P process optimization.

Strong capabilities in cross-functional project leadership, governance and compliance management, KPI-driven performance management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and strategic problem-solving.

Business-fluent German and English language skills.
