We are currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner – Logistics for the West Med region, based in our Barcelona offices (Torre Auditori).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a strategic business partner and a key HR reference point for both managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in the West Med region.

Provide guidance on people-related matters, including performance management, team leadership, and organizational needs.

Support and advise managers in their day-to-day activities.

Primary Point of Contact (Managers & Employees):

Serve as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees.

Address queries and provide ongoing support.

Ensure a close, accessible, and solution-oriented HR presence.

Escalate complex situations and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Coordinate key HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions, and offboarding.

Ensure a structured and effective onboarding experience.

Support managers in delivering a consistent employee experience across locations.

Employee Relations and HR Support:

Provide guidance on contracts, policies, and labor matters in coordination with the legal team.

Manage employee relations topics, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Ensure alignment with local labor legislation and internal policies.

HR Projects and Process Implementation:

Participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion and HR transformation projects.

Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of HR practices.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

Manage relationships with local and remote stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Ensure clear, effective communication tailored to different audiences.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree in Human Resources or Labor Law is an asset.

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level).

3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.

Experience in multinational environments or matrix organizations.

Experience in logistics, industrial, or operational environments is a plus.

Experience in regional/multi-country roles or managing multiple sites will be highly valued.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
