The Workforce, People and Culture (WPC) Directorate is responsible for the provision of workforce consultancy services to the district. We work in partnership with the executive team, managers, and employees to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable workforce solutions across the district. Our range of services include recruitment; workforce design, workforce policies and procedures; awards and determinations; Industrial Relations advice and representation; and other service offerings provided by our diverse teams. We are seeking an Administrator with Human Resources and/or Legal Secretary experience to join our team and play a key role in supporting HR operations through high-quality administrative services, professional communication, and effective coordination.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of HR activities including employment matters and employment law. You will be responsible for drafting of letters, preparation, and coordination of IR/ ER documentation, managing competing priorities, maintaining electronic records, supporting reporting requirements and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and confidential HR services.
