The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Multi-Site Assistant Store Manager to lead our team across two unique venues at Karratha Airport – The Bar and The Karratha Store.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to broaden their skillset and gain exposure to retail operations while continuing to lead a high-performing food and beverage business. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll develop experience across hospitality, retail, team leadership, stock management, merchandising and commercial performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to diversify their experience beyond traditional hospitality and build a strong foundation for future career growth within our network.

What You'll Do

✅ Be a go-to leader, supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

✅ Lead and develop teams across both venues, creating a positive and high-performing culture

✅ Ensure food, beverage and retail standards are consistently achieved

✅ Support stock control, inventory management, merchandising and ordering processes

✅ Drive sales opportunities and operational performance

✅ Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve their potential

✅ Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance

✅ Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food retail, cafés, bars or quick service restaurants

✅ Strong customer service and people leadership skills

✅ A passion for developing teams and creating great customer experiences

✅ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices (Food Handlers Certificate required)

✅ Current RSA Certificate

✅ Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

✅ Well-groomed and professionally presented

✅ Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

✅ Valid working rights and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
