About this Position

Based in Albury, this role is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within a designated territory (Albury/Wodonga and Surrounds), driving sales performance and delivering excellent service outcomes. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, present products effectively, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales and margin performance across an assigned territory, in line with budget targets

Develop strong customer relationships, protecting base business while driving basket growth and retention

Identify and convert new business opportunities through effective planning and targeted sales activity

Promote and sell the full foodservice product range, supported by supplier partnerships and promotional programs

Use sales data and insights to plan activity, optimise margins, and support continuous improvement with customers

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Sales, chefs and foodservice experience highly desirable

Confidence, strong communication, problem solving and resilience

Comfortable speaking to head chefs and small business owners

Highly organised, self-starter, go-getter attitude, not afraid of hard work

Organise, prioritise and self-manage a territory effectively

Knowledge of the territory and local area, ideally living close by

Commercially astute, focus on sales growth, growing the basket, margin optimisation and results

Team player, positive attitude and commitment to safety and compliance

Confident using digital tools, tablets, laptops and Microsoft Office (training provided)
