About the Role

Join our Neuroscience and Rehabilitation team in a varied admin role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage patient admin tasks, maintain accurate records, support multidisciplinary teams and help create a welcoming experience for patients and visitors.

Support ward, reception and secretarial services

Manage patient records, data entry and filing

Welcome patients, families and visitors with care

Liaise with medical, nursing and allied health teams

Maintain smooth daily admin and clerical support

About You

You’re an organised and approachable admin professional who enjoys supporting busy healthcare teams. With strong communication skills and a calm, flexible approach, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering excellent service to patients and staff.

Deliver high quality customer service with confidence

Manage admin tasks with accuracy and discretion

Use Microsoft Office and database systems confidently

Prioritise workloads and work well with minimal support

Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
