What You’ll Be Doing
Leading end‑to‑end supply chain coordination for concurrent new product launches of both branded and private label / tender-based products
Partnering closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D
Managing suppliers, materials, timelines, run‑in / run‑out plans and launch readiness
Identifying risks early and implementing practical mitigation strategies
Coordinating tasks, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders aligned through formal stage-gate and governance processes
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency and performance
Maintaining clear project documentation and delivering regular status updates

What We’re Looking for
Proven project management experience within supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG environments
Highly relational with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Sound analytical thinking and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
Ability to manage competing deadlines within a complex and fast‑paced environment
Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindset
Experience with NPD, product launches or process optimisation projects will be highly regarded
Drivers licence and flexibility to travel to various manufacturing sites and suppliers as required to understand products, processes, and risks
