Your new job includes

As a Senior Buyer (m/f/d) Fashion you will ensure partnership-based, long-term relationships with the suppliers and brands you support and ensure market-driven assortments as well as optimal conditions in order to inspire our customers. You will be responsible

for a portfolio of national and international brands in the ready-to-wear sector

negotiate with our suppliers about conditions, pricing and distribution rights of the respective brands and thus ensure partnership and long-term supplier relationships.

optimize existing supplier structures with regard to costs, quality and performance and be responsible for the strategic further development of your supplier portfolio

carry out sales analyses and evaluations of statistical data

travel nationally and internationally, carry out store checks and regularly visit relevant trade fairs as well as your suppliers

actively drive forward the strategy development for your own brand portfolio as well as process optimizations

be the internal interface to the Sales, Category Management, Fullfillment and Logistics departments as well as to our subsidiaries

What you should bring along

a successfully completed degree in business administration or a completed apprenticeship

several years of professional experience in Purchasing, Product Management or Category Management in international retail companies or knowledge and experience in the textile and fashion industry

confidence in using MS Office and ideally SAP

business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

passion for fashion & accessories and a good sense for trends and styles

a holistic view of fashion, brands and prices, which you use to consistently pursue your negotiation goals
