About the role
You will carry out these tasks with enthusiasm:
Managing online marketing campaigns end-to-end – from briefing and planning through to implementation, optimisation and evaluation.
Translating business, brand and market objectives into integrated campaign plans across all relevant digital channels (paid search, social, display, metasearch, affiliate, CRM, onsite).
Ensuring consistent, brand-compliant campaign implementation across all markets, taking local requirements into account.
Planning, coordination and timing of all campaign activities, including dependencies and approval processes.
Holistic management of paid social activities throughout the customer journey (from inspiration to conversion) and close coordination across the channel mix.
Briefing, quality assurance and coordination of social media content in relation to platform, target audience and funnel stage.
Definition of KPIs, continuous performance monitoring, and data-driven optimisation and derivation of learnings (“Test & Learn”).
You should bring the following to the role:
A degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on marketing) or equivalent training
Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital or online marketing campaigns, ideally in the e-commerce, travel, hospitality sectors or with a consumer-facing brand.
Experience in implementing integrated multi-channel campaigns, including paid search advertising, paid social media advertising, display advertising, CRM and onsite activities.
Proven experience in using paid social as part of broader full-funnel campaign strategies, rather than in isolation.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with performance marketing, content and analytics teams.
Experience of working with media and creative agencies, as well as with influencer and user-generated content.
Experience in a fast-paced, international or multi-market environment is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Excellent written and spoken German and English
