The Role:

As DDX Manager (m/f/d), you act as the strategic architect of our data ecosystem, driving 1P data acquisition strategy and governance to fuel personalized consumer journeys while ensuring full GDPR compliance and media activation excellence.

Your Tasks

Strategic Lead for 1P Data Acquisition: Driving the acquisition strategy for PII and 1P across all sources by setting market-level targets and balancing data quality, scale, and cost-efficiency.

Data Governance & Ecosystem Management: Serving as the key interface between IT, Data teams, and external agencies to ensure data quality, standardization of KPIs, and the local adoption of global automation and personalization tools.

Compliance & Data Privacy Stewardship: Acting as the primary point of contact for the DPO and IT to ensure full GDPR compliance, overseeing data privacy topics like anonymization and opt-out management, and supporting digital audits.

Audience Strategy & Media Activation: Defining mono- and multi-brand audience strategies and partnering with Media and Retail teams to activate first-party data effectively across the full marketing funnel.

Performance Insight & Innovation: Scaling a "Test & Learn" mindset by leading A/B testing methodologies, leveraging AMC/2P data partnerships for deeper insights, and piloting innovative use cases to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Background: You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or IT and bring 4+ years of professional experience in CRM, DDX, or Data-driven Marketing.

Digital Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of tech infrastructures, database logic, and marketing automation tools to drive data excellence.

Strategy: You have a proactive, hands-on mindset and the drive to build complex data projects from scratch, turning strategic vision into reality.

Analytical Skills: You combine structured project management with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business and consumer insights.

Communication: As a strong relator, you navigate the interface between IT and Business, building resilient networks and influence across the organization.
