POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst will identify and analyze sales trends, operational activities, and business processes to support strategic decision-making across the division. This role is responsible for generating regular and ad hoc reports for sales and leadership teams, and for developing new metrics and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and analyze financial statements to assess business performance
Monitor division spending versus forecast and budget; ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Compile, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure accurate financial data reporting
Assist in the creation of internal and external presentations for executive and stakeholder communication
Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
Monitor and report on the status of company assets
Collaborate with the field team to provide key financial metrics and performance insights
Consistently communicate with other departments to complete tasks and achieve business objectives
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, sales operations, or related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of corporate policies and basic financial procedures
Basic understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
