Function Summary

The Digital Agency Channel is a modern distribution model where insurance products are sold through digitally empowered Advisors. These Advisors act as intermediaries between the insurance company and customers, facilitating policy sales, offering advisory services, and providing post-sale support. This model is designed to enhance customer experience, particularly in markets where digital solicitation is preferred. Through this channel, advisors also support customers in,

a) Resolving policy service need

b) Renewal collection to resolve policy holder’s service needs, Cross sale opportunity.

Job Summary:

Responsible for

 Advisor Recruitment

 Advisor Development

 Advisor Activation& Meeting WFYP Targets

 Conducting Career Seminars for Advisors

 Advisor Engagement

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

Advisor Recruitment

 Lead the recruitment of insurance advisors as per the annual goal sheet

 Actively engage with prospects through natural market outreach and close leads provided via structured digital campaigns

 Conduct Career Seminar of prospects

 Ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones including IC-38 certification, URN generation, and first sale

Advisor Development

 Development of advisor prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.

 Work with Advisor on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.

 Identify the training needs of the Advisor and work with Trainers to improve the same

Advisor Activation& Meeting WFYP Targets

 Achievement of monthly, quarterly& yearly business plans.

 Improve Advisor productivity& persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc.

 Coordinate with sales tele-callers to support lead conversion and sales closures.

 Enable hybrid sales journeys (online + offline) for first-time sales.

Advisor Engagement

 Conduct webinars, app-based training, and digital engagement activities.

 Promote advisor app usage and ensure training completion.

Customer Centricity

 Be AMLI brand ambassador& a customer champion

 Follow AMLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty

 Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse& need

 Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per AMLI standard. Measures of Success:

 Advisor recruitment count

 Advisor activation rate

 Advisor training completion

 App usage& adoption

 Premium per advisor

 Campaign lead conversion %

 Advisor retention

Desired qualification and experience

Graduate with 3–6 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred; experience in insure-tech is a plus).

Strong digital fluency (CRM tools, mobile apps, webinars).

Experience in recruitment or team handling is advantageous.

Excellent communication, coordination, and coaching skills.

Not more than 2 Job Changes in one year Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: oExceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.o• Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.o? Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one-ononeosession.o? Create mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associate and Agents to enableoeasier recruitment.o• Enhance AFYP& Number of cases by the unit.o• Focus on potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents through complete unit.o• Focus on number of R winners.o• Focus on enablement and development of the teamo• Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associate’s unit and agency leader unit is in complaint withovarious IRDAoguidelines.o? Timely contract of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelineso? Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.o• Track competition regularly at regional level on various measure such as new strategies, newocompensation modelsMeasures of Success: Building a chain of successful leaders (Financial Executives)? Recruitment (contracted agents) numbers? Add-on of AFYP& number of cases in the team.? Add-on of number of new agency associates? Case Rate& Case Size? Agent satisfaction survey? Accuracy and timeliness of informationKey Relationships (Internal / External): ? HO co-ordination? Sales promotion activities? Assist in overall running of the Office Desired qualification and experienceJob Specifications: Overall experience of 4-6years? Preference will be given to candidates having man management experience? Should have minimum of 2 years of sales experience. ?
