Revenue Operations Manager II

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating with internal teams for sales, legal, and collections-related Dealdesk activities

Prepare and maintain MIS reports for collections, legal cases, outstanding payments, and operational performance.

Track customer payment follow-ups and update collection status reports regularly.

Support the operations team with documentation, data management, and process coordination.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational and collection metrics.

Maintain records of customer communications, legal documentation, and collection updates.

Help streamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement.

Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.

Perform data analysis and generate insights for management review.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Operations/ Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in handling Sales Operations process.

Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Prior exposure to Deal Desk, sales operations, collections, billing, or legal coordination is strongly preferred.

Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
