Job responsibility:

Communication & setup consulting commercial market.

Feasibility check & cost calculation

Set up in project administration tool & project-masterfile

Briefing panel & requirements

Consulting best project setup & ensure best approach

Management of project manager (Briefing & Supervision)

Quality checks & implementation rate & ratings

Reporting & communication commercial market, troubleshooting

Documentation of errors, training of project manager and optimization project setup

Management IT projects GMS

Improvement of project delivery process

Supervision, training & guidance for freelancers

Resource planning and utilization of freelancers

Product Management

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree

2 yrs experience in Advance Excel and Automation process

well structured and organized

advance excel skills

Python

accurate and detail oriented work style

experience in project management preferred

fluent English language skills

Knowledge of all kind of Microsoft / Google office tools

good understanding of sports business

basic knowledge of typical project processes, methodology, tools

KPI's:

On time delivery

Quality of work (no. of complaints)

Project management compliance

Learns On the job

knowledge of tools
