Key Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of product and platform health checks across the BR Product Suite.

Work with technology, operations, infrastructure, and support teams to define, establish, and track health checks and related monitoring requirements.

Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, ownership, and action items to ensure health-check implementation progresses on schedule.

Track risks, gaps, and blockers affecting implementation, and drive timely follow-up and escalation where needed.

Prepare and manage status reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc updates on implementation progress for stakeholders and leadership.

Deliver concise, executive-ready communication on implementation status, monitoring readiness, and associated risks.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to automate manual health checks and improve monitoring efficiency.

Support operational governance by ensuring implemented health checks are documented, visible, and aligned to readiness expectations.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of platform monitoring, alerting systems, production health checks, and operational processes.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts and drive follow-through without direct authority.

Experience preparing executive status reports, dashboards, and implementation updates.

Ability to translate technical requirements and implementation progress into business-relevant communication.

Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or enterprise fintech platforms is preferred.

5+ years of relevant experience.
