About the Role

You will lead Professional Services delivery for enterprise clients, focusing on .NET-based solutions and platforms. This role drives successful implementation, integration, and optimization of complex applications while ensuring client satisfaction and business value. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee delivery governance, and align outcomes with strategic customer goals. Success is measured by delivery quality, client retention, and scalable service execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based implementation and integration programs for enterprise clients

Manage project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met

Drive client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and delivery strategy

Oversee solution design reviews, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures

Guide teams in .NET frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments

Establish delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement processes

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align delivery with client needs

Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering technical and delivery excellence

Track KPIs, drive performance reporting, and implement corrective actions for delivery success

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience leading Professional Services or delivery teams in enterprise technology environments

Deep expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and modern application frameworks

Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations, integrations, and transformation programs

Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API-driven development

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program execution methodologies
