About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in ServiceNow

development and Okta integration to join our team. You will play a key role in

designing and building a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow. This

portal will enhance the user experience by providing seamless self-service

capabilities, automation, and integrations with enterprise applications.

This role requires strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end

technologies, experience with ServiceNow architecture, and knowledge of

authentication and identity management through Okta.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow.

Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with front-end technologies like

JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.

Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and

automation to improve self-service functionality.

Develop and maintain APIs for integrations between ServiceNow, Okta, and

other enterprise applications.

Implement and manage Okta authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor

Authentication (MFA), and identity governance within the portal.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the self-service portal.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product

managers, and other developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, Okta, and API

integrations.

Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and Okta developments and best

practices.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in full-stack development with ServiceNow.

Experience developing client-facing self-service portals within ServiceNow.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI design,

workflows, and automation.

Experience with Okta authentication and identity management, including SSO,

MFA, SCIM provisioning, and API integrations.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and other front-end

technologies.

Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.

Experience with database management and querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or

ServiceNow tables).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a

team.

Pay: ₹379,272.98 - ₹1,630,269.67 per year
