Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Development Engineer who not only writes exceptional code but also improves engineering velocity through automation, AI, and scalable design. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex modules, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior developers.

In this role you will...

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend or full-stack services using Python, Java, React.

Architect and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs with reusable and modular design.

Drive AI-powered development workflows — using LLMs for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics.

Lead technical reviews, performance improvements, and CI/CD automation initiatives.

Collaborate across Product, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.

Guide junior engineers through mentorship and code quality best practices.

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

4–6 years of hands-on development in Python / Java / React.

Strong experience in API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Copilot / LLMs / automation frameworks).

Experience owning features from design to deployment.
