Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and resources.
Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
Policy Development
Review, develop, and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
Conduct environmental scans and benchmark against industry and healthcare sector best practices
Engage stakeholders to build consensus and secure buy-in
Monitor and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation, organisational decisions and sector guidelines
General HR Advisory
Provide HR advisory support to department heads and line managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
Requirements
General Degree in a relevant discipline
At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment
Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Competencies
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Possesses sufficient technical aptitude to independently troubleshoot and develop simple automation solutions to address localised HR operational challenges
