About the role
Job Description:
Join our dynamic Sales Analytics team and become a catalyst for sales excellence! We're seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist to drive data-driven strategies and empower our sales organization to reach new heights.
The Sales Excellence Specialist will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the services sales team including providing the team with guidelines and governance.
Plays a critical part in shaping the sales strategy, optimizing sales processes and ensuring the team is equipped with necessary
tools and training to achieve sales target
What will you do:
Drive Services Commercial Operating Model
To implement and animate using BFO (Bridge Front Office - Salesforce), SAP and Oracle to review opportunities pipeline and collaborative sales forecast with Sales Team & Operations Team
Analyze and Identify Enhancement Actions from BFO Analytics together with Services Leader, Head of Sales and Head of Operations
Provide comprehensive support to Sales Managers in improving sales discipline and institutionalizing use of sales methodology (customer platforming opportunity management, customer visits, coaching plans, probability forecast sales forecast)
Ensure consistency and alignment between sales and operations data and programs
Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement
Lead SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) target setting, framework and calculations
Conduct SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) for Services Business
Facilitate cadence to ensure Services achieves Orders and Sales target
Ensure backlog visibility and accuracy to the team, collaborates with Operations team to ensure proper sales phasing
Ensure balances of offer types (recurring, modernization, on-demand, spares) to achieve right mix
Collaborates strongly with Services Sales Managers, Services Operations Managers to provide accurate forecast and delivery
Sales Process Optimisation
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools and systems to enhance sales productivity and efficiency, including best practices sharing
Act as a liaison between sales team and other excellence functions (Marketing, Channel) to ensure alignment and effective communication
Key Success Factors
Close Collaboration with Regional Team, Local Sales, Operations, Marketing and Channel functions for Collaborative
Orders and Sales Achievement
Strong Analytical Skills for End to End Services Sales and Operation Process and Identify Continuous Enancement
Actions to Simplify Engagements
What will make you successful:
Bachelor in Business Management or related field
At least 3-5 years of relevant Sales and Marketing operational experience or Commercial Strategy, preferably in services-oriented industries
Result-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen
Strong analytical skills (e.g. with Microsoft excel)
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
