About the role

Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction, product feature prioritization, product costing, while working closely with customers and sales specialist team for GTM initiatives to drive new sales.

Responsibilities

The person must not only be knowledgeable of product development and management tools, but also able to put forth fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to drive product portfolios GTM.

Responsible for Managed CPE, Managed Security, Clean-Pipe and Cloud services product line strategies including go-to-market strategy, roadmap and executions.

To manage and drive product lines budget/revenue target by close collaboration with sales and marketing on the GTM plan, customer acquisitions and pricing strategies.

Manage financial targets for the product portfolio, including revenue, profit margins, and growth metrics. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed these financial goals

Partner network sales specialist team to drive performance metrics for Enterprise Connectivity service line. Partner and collaborate with other division stakeholders Engineering team and Information Services to ensure smooth operations for connectivity.

To have in depth understanding of competitive information, technology trend, develop insights and assess potential impacts to develop comprehensive business strategies for product, positioning, packaging and pricing.

To collaborate with functional team (internal and external stakeholders) for the executions of product line roadmap, enhancement plan as well as product performance to meet customer requirements.

Strong ability to build new product business case by analysing market requirements, technology trend, potential ROI and sales channel to secure resources, capex and opex for new product creation.

To drive product related process efficiency and improvement to sales enablement with enhancing Customer Experience in mind.

Planning and coordination of service migrations, supported by the Operations, Project Management, and Product Systems Platforms teams.

Support initiatives to improve customer experience for users of our products and services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT or related discipline

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Telco, ICT arena - IT Network industry and involved in Pre-sales or Post-sales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure

Strong familiarity with telecommunications services, including IP networking, network security, and cloud connectivity

Experience in network and systems integration (SI) solution design is an advantage

CCNA certification preferred but not mandatory

Able to work independently and effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal account teams

Solid understanding of consulting frameworks and methodologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
