Location: Cologne, Germany

Work Hours: 15-20 hours per week, 3-5 days per week

About the Role

Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks with financial transactions

Process Vendor Bills internally for approval and record in the accounting systems (Everest/Ramp)

Process and file Vendor Bills for manual payments in support of the Finance team

Verify, enter, and monitor various Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills

Communicate with internal and external vendors/contractors

Prepare and file financial documents (i.e., reconciliation, closing Journal, etc.)

Assist with tax declaration and audits

Other duties as assigned by the manager

Your Skills & Requirements

3-5 years of experience in accounting and audit

Advanced knowledge and experience in finance and accounting

Experience in Everest or other ERP systems (not required)

Experience in consolidating data from various entities

College-level education in accounting or economics is a plus

Specialized in International accounting or taxation is a plus

Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English
