About the role

Stiamo cercando un/una Addetto/a gestione clienti da inserire nel nostro team di Manerbio. La figura, essenziale per il nostro servizio clienti, si occuperà di gestire le comunicazioni in entrata e mantenere rapporti positivi con i clienti.

Le mansioni includono:

gestione delle richieste dei clienti tramite telefono e email

aggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali con le informazioni ricevute

collaborazione con i reparti interni per risolvere eventuali problematiche

supporto nella pianificazione e conferma degli appuntamenti

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola secondaria superiore

buone capacità comunicative e relazionali

dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e digitali

apertura anche a prime esperienze

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato

buoni pasto

formazione continua

retribuzione tra 1.500 e 1.800 € lordi mensili
