The project!
As a Wholesale Ecommerce Specialist for Pepe Jeans, you will be responsible for the Amazon account, coordinating the strategic management and day-to-day relationship with the platform.
What will the role entail?
Account & Strategy Management: Develop and execute the short- and long-term business and growth strategies for Pepe Jeans on Amazon, ensuring alignment with global brand goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal and external teams, coordinating areas such as B2B sales, catalog creation, supply chain, customer service, and marketing.
Catalog & UX Optimization: Oversee catalog management, product listings, and detail page accuracy. Drive User Experience (UX) enhancements through high-quality A+ Content, Brand Stores, and SEO keywords to maximize conversion rates.
Stock & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, prevent out-of-stock scenarios, and optimize healthy inventory health.
Marketing & Campaign Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate Amazon Ads performance, promotional calendars (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.), and overall digital visibility.
Customer Service Excellence: Coordinate with Customer Service teams to maintain high performance metrics, resolve account flags or ticket escalations, and protect the overall health of the account.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key marketplace KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, margins, and operational defects) to provide actionable insights and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements
2 years of experience with Amazon or other digital accounts is a must, fashion background it's a plus.
Fluent in Spanish, advanced/proficient level of English (min. C1). Other languages are a valuable asset.
High level of Excel.
