Specialist HR Reports
Location: Nis
What are your main tasks?
Prepare and distribute standard HR reports, providing relevant insights into key HR metrics.
Run predefined queries from HR systems and reporting tools.
Manage data imports and exports, while identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
Support HR data administration activities, including data entry, updates, and quality checks to ensure completeness and reliability of information.
Coordinate and create requests for system-related adjustments and standard HR role assignments (e.g., MSS, ESS and other local HR roles).
Maintain reporting documentation, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and governance requirements.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Regional HR teams, and subject matter experts to support reporting and data management needs
What are your qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in HR reporting, data management, or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA, PT, PY, OM) and SAP BW reporting.
Experience working with HR systems and HR cloud solutions.
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
