Data Analytics Lead (Snowflake / Tableau) (USD 4-4.5K/month)

Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Data Analytics Reporting Lead to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical analytics teams. This role will partner closely with Operations, Staffing, Finance, and other business units to drive data-driven decision-making, define analytics strategies, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality reporting and data solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management and data analytics expertise. They will oversee the translation of business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions while guiding teams across Snowflake, Tableau, and other BI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across Operations, Staffing, Finance, HR, and other business units.

Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting frameworks.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize Snowflake data models and debugging data discrepancies.

Lead BI platform strategy, administration, and adoption.

Guide cross-functional initiatives and mentor analytics professionals.

Define analytics strategies and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or related fields.

Proven stakeholder management experience.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and enterprise reporting initiatives.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
