We’re looking for a Compensation Survey Consultant to support clients across Ireland, helping organisations make informed pay and reward decisions. This role combines data analysis and client engagement, giving you the opportunity to deliver insights that directly influence compensation strategies and business outcomes.

The Role
Provide compensation survey and consulting support to clients in Ireland, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Build and manage strong client relationships with participants and prospects across a range of industries
Support the development and continuous improvement of surveys and data analytics offerings
Deliver compensation-related project work, including salary benchmarking, reward reviews, and pay assessments, translating data into clear and actionable insights for clients
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality survey and consulting projects, including project planning, data validation, job matching, and reporting
Support client engagement through presentations, meetings, and ongoing communication
Contribute to commercial activities by supporting survey pricing discussions and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data and documentation, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables
Develop your technical, analytical, and consulting skills over time, including data analysis, project management, and client-facing capabilities
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Good organisational skills; planning and organising work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities
To be self-sufficient and manage own workload, asking for support as required and a good team player.
Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.
A desire to build an understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills – comfortable communicating with senior managers
Experience in data management (perhaps gained through the management of an HR system or pay review process) or be numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills.
Will have a strong working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possibly have some experience working with databases or statistical software
Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively as part of a team
