Join us as a Business Consultant – and support the energy transition in the Netherlands - Breda

This is a business Consultant position focused on the new energy & power sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of managing key client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions to some of the most influential players in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support your existing clients in their recruitment needs

Account management: managing client relationships, on-site visits, business reviews and client reporting

Contractor workforce management – supporting contractor queries across onboarding and project lifecycle

Recruitment Delivery: Recruiting, interviewing, and placing skilled technical professionals in roles.

Client Engagement: Conducting face‑to‑face and virtual client meetings to build long‑term partnerships.

Communication & Service: Maintaining strong communication and service levels with candidates and clients.

Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with NES Fircroft processes and local legislation.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in an agency recruitment environment (mandatory).

Must be fluent in both Dutch and English

Confident communicator able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders.

A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building a desk from scratch.

Strong organisation skills; able to prioritise and multitask

Team mindset with the desire to contribute to long‑term office growth.
