About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will partner with some of our most strategic clients, ensuring successful implementation, launch, and adoption of our solutions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve their goals while driving long-term engagement, platform utilisation, and growth. Working closely with our Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams, you will contribute to revenue growth, operational excellence, and a best-in-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, success metrics, and implementation requirements, translating these into actionable launch strategies.
Develop and execute seamless implementation plans that drive employee adoption, engagement, and long-term success.
Provide post-launch support for 2-4 months, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
Manage implementation projects end-to-end, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication plans while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Deliver customer training through live sessions, office hours, written documentation, and video-based learning materials to ensure effective platform adoption.
Complete technical and operational implementation activities, including support with API, SFTP, and expense integrations, as well as coordinating billing-related processes.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience and proactively resolve challenges.
Influence and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, enhance the customer experience, and drive operational efficiencies.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in a client-facing, implementation, customer success, consulting, or project management role.
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and Dutch.
Bonus
Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing demands across multiple customers and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Proven ability to build credibility and manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and contributing to team success.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with Salesforce and customer-facing SaaS platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong customer focus.
