What we are looking for:
Solutions Sales Specialist Threadspan
Revenue & Growth Ownership: Demonstrated success in driving platform-led revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within European-headquartered enterprises.
Platform Value Articulation: Strong ability to understand customer challenges and position the Threadspan Platform (and associated services) as a strategic enabler delivering measurable business and operational outcomes.
Consultative Platform Selling: Proven experience in transitioning from traditional product sales to outcome-based, platform-centric selling, leveraging value frameworks and ROI-driven conversations.
Ecosystem & Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the platform landscape, including niche competitors for specific modules like Firewall Audit etc
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to craft integrated platform solutions and ensure successful deal execution.
Executive Engagement: Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders, positioning the platform as a long-term strategic investment aligned to business transformation goals.
Performance-Driven Mindset: Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex, competitive, and high-value enterprise environments.
Technical Expertise: -
Platform Architecture Fundamentals: High-level understanding of modern platform architectures including cloud-native, microservices, APIs, and data-driven platforms.
Integration & API Economy: Familiarity with API-led connectivity, system integration patterns, and how platforms interoperate with enterprise IT ecosystems (OSS/BSS, ERP, CRM).
Digital Ecosystems: Knowledge of Infrastructure landscape including Network, security, , Public (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Private cloud, interconnects and edge computing relevant to platform solutions.
Platform Commercial Models: Understanding of platform monetization and pricing constructs, including subscription-based models, usage-based billing, managed services, and commercial constructs
Security & Compliance Awareness: Awareness of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to global platform and network offerings.
Customer Lifecycle & Solutioning: End-to-end understanding of the customer lifecycle from lead generation and solution design to contract structuring, delivery, billing, and revenue realization.
Industry & Competitive Landscape: Awareness of evolving technology trends, industry disruptions, and competitive differentiation across platform providers, telecom operators, and digital infrastructure players.
Data & Analytics Orientation: Basic understanding of how data platforms, analytics, and observability tools enhance platform value propositions and customer outcomes.
Behavioural Expertise:
Highly proficient listener & consultative sales style with the ability to shape customer thinking
Excellent communications skills in verbal, written and presentation forms at senior levels
Acute attention to detail & organization
Energetic and creative with an upbeat, positive attitude
A team player who works well with others, who has strong influencing skills, and is creative and entrepreneurial
Significant, proven and demonstrable cellular wireless industry experience
Requisite: -
Should have minimum 10-15 Yrs of experience with 4-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development function.
Exposure towards working in the RFP cases
Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred.
Base Salary Range: (73200- 96,258). The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position.
Other Compensation: The position is eligible to participate in a sales-based incentive program
