Job Description

You will join our Real Asset Operations and Reporting team as a Junior Fund Controller starting in October 2026.

The Operations team is responsible for monitoring investment funds and executing transactions for the financing activities of the Energy Transition, Private Equity and Natural Capital. The role of the team covers, in particular, accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds, monitoring equity and debt investment portfolios, investor relations within the framework of capital calls or the production of reports.

Fund controllers are privileged partners of investment teams. You will have the opportunity to work in pairs with a more experienced fund controller, gradually becoming responsible for monitoring a portfolio of private asset funds. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will be:

The monitoring of portfolio transactions and the subscription of investors in funds by:

Entering all flows into the assets and liabilities of the funds, establishing loan schedules, participating in investment committees

Monitoring the funds' cash flow: disbursements, capital calls/distributions, etc., as well as exchanges with the funds' depositories

Accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds, in particular for:

Monitoring the expenditure of funds, the checks management data, particularly during valuation exercises

The production and control of net assets, l treasury and securities reconciliations as well as exchanges with the funds' accountants and auditors

The preparation of reports:

In support of the Fund Controllers and with the Reporting team on periodic reports of funds

In collaboration with the Investor Relations team to meet specific requests related to the activity and fundraising

You will also participate in the department’s cross-functional projects, particularly those related to fund data management and AI application, in close collaboration with the IT department.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education of Bac + 5 level in the field of auditing, financial analysis, or accounting, you have 2 years of experience in these fields related to real active funds.

You master:

Excel,

ideally Power BI and Efront
