As our Customer Success Delivery Manager you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers (Major Enterprise Accounts). You will work closely with a collaborative team of Sales Operations Specialists to support customer needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage quote creation, order processing, and daily customer and partner requests

Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs

Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end‑to‑end processes

Drive timely resolution of escalations by partnering with customers, account teams, and internal support teams

Develop strong knowledge of industry trends through ongoing training and close collaboration with software publishers

What we need to see from you:

Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams to help acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships while maintaining strong client relations

Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and daily workload efficiently, including handling high volumes of work and meeting tight deadlines

Strong relationship‑building skills with clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work independently, show initiative, and adapt to change

Solid understanding of operational policies, processes, and procedures, with experience in researching information, planning, and scheduling

Highly motivated and results‑oriented, with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset

Detail‑oriented with the ability to break down complex tasks and a strong understanding of technology solutions
