Le site Charles River d’Evreux est un site unique de 2 hectares, situé aux portes de la Normandie. Il offre un environnement scientifique innovant, dynamique et convivial où près de 500 personnes travaillent chaque jour dans l’objectif commun de participer au développement de pharmacothérapies, dans le respect du bien-être animal.

Le poste

Dans le cadre de la réorganisation de notre département de Toxicologie avec la création de ce poste, nous recherchons notre prochain.e Responsable des Animaleries, qui assurera le pilotage de ces dernières afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du service.

Les missions

Fédérer et animer votre équipe pour garantir engagement, cohésion et performance collective,

Encadrer et développer les responsables d’équipe en renforçant leurs compétences et leur autonomie,

Instaurer et piloter la conduite du changement en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe, en s’assurant de l’adhésion des équipes,

Piloter les ressources afin d’assurer une adéquation optimale entre charge de travail et effectifs,

Garantir la performance opérationnelle en sécurisant les délais, les coûts et le suivi des indicateurs clés,

Superviser et fiabiliser les outils de pilotage pour assurer une vision claire des prévisions et de l’activité,

Accompagner et arbitrer les priorités en soutien des équipes pour sécuriser la bonne réalisation des activités,

Attirer, intégrer et développer les talents en pilotant recrutement, formation et parcours professionnels,

Assurer une gestion RH complète (temps de travail, performance, rémunération, entretiens) dans le respect du cadre défini,

Déployer une démarche d’amélioration continue en pilotant les actions correctives et en optimisant les processus,

Garantir la conformité réglementaire et HSE en veillant à la sécurité, à la qualité et à la maîtrise des risques.

Qualifications souhaitées

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation scientifique de niveau bac+3/5 et disposez de 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, comprenant du management, idéalement en CRO.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos compétences relationnelles, vos capacités d’analyses et avez un.e véritable esprit orienté solutions.

Vous portez un management moderne, orienté confiance, agilité et développement des talents.

Modalités

Convention collective de l’industrie pharmaceutique, groupe : 6

Contrat : Cadre forfait jours

Salaire : A compter de 38 000 € bruts / an sur 13 mois

Prise en charge de la mutuelle à 100%, restaurant d’entreprise, CSE

Primes de transport, d’intéressement/participation, accord de télétravail, …

Site non-accessible en transport en commun – Moyen de locomotion indispensable
