Looking for a role where you can stay busy, keep things moving, and play a key part in delivering a great hiring experience?

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support recruitment across our Support Centre. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to keep processes running smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating interviews and managing diaries.

Keeping candidates informed and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Managing updates in our ATS and keeping data accurate.

Supporting job advertising and writing ads that attract the right people.

Pulling together recruitment reports and pipeline insights.

Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep roles moving.

Getting involved in recruitment initiatives, events, and employer brand activity.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing (agency or in-house).

Confidence using ATS/HR systems and job boards (experience with PageUp highly regarded).

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A proactive approach and strong organisation skills; you stay on top of multiple priorities.

Clear and professional communication style.

High attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
