We’re seeking an experienced operational leader to take on the role of Manager – CQ North, based in Rockhampton. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll oversee a multi-site operation, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused services across the region. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage fleet and compliance, and drive operational excellence in line with Kinetic’s values of safety, collaboration and accountability.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support a diverse team to deliver safe, reliable and customer-focused services.

Oversee daily operations, fleet utilisation, compliance and maintenance activities.

Build strong relationships with key customers, regulators and stakeholders.

Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to legislative and company standards.

Monitor financial performance and achieve business and operational targets.

Promote continuous improvement across people, safety and service delivery.

About you:

Experienced leader with a background in transport, logistics or other blue-collar operations.

Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Skilled in scheduling, rostering and operational planning.

Confident communicator with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.

Values-driven and passionate about safety, teamwork and customer service.

Competent in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
