Operations Administrator

The opportunity:

Join us as an Operations Administrator and play a key role in keeping our office and operations in Mackay running smoothly while supporting both our team and our clients.

You’ll be involved in:

Greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and handling mail.

Providing general admin support and assisting with weekly payroll.

Responding to customer queries and logging/resolving complaints.

Maintaining customer records, databases, platforms and systems.

Preparing, consolidating and distributing reports.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal systems.
