You Are:
UST is searching for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise across .NET-based enterprise applications and SharePoint 2016 platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in frontend, backend development, APIs, database systems, and deployment processes.
The opportunity:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions across .NET and SharePoint platforms
Build and support backend services and APIs (WCF, Web API)
Develop and maintain Windows Services, SharePoint components, and scheduled jobs
Design and support UI components using WinForms and SharePoint frameworks
Manage and optimize IIS-hosted applications and Windows Services
Work with Oracle and MSSQL databases for query development and performance tuning
Support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible) and handle manual release processes (SharePoint)
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Database, Infrastructure, DevOps)

Strong experience in SharePoint 2016 development and support
Backend: WCF, Console Apps (scheduled tasks)
Hosting: IIS, Windows Scheduled Tasks
Database: MSSQL
Deployment: Manual release processes
Database Skills
Strong expertise in:
Oracle 19c
Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
DevOps & Deployment
Experience with:
Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
Ansible (deployment automation)
Familiarity with:
Manual deployment processes (especially for SharePoint)
Environment and release management
Infrastructure Knowledge
Hands-on experience with:
Windows Server 2019 (application + SharePoint hosting)
RHEL 8 (database hosting)
Understanding of cross-platform environments (Windows + Linux DB systems)

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote-Canada
Compensation Range: $95,000-$119,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
