About Organization
This role is part of the Japan Fulfillment team and is responsible for end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations.
The role covers demand planning, inventory visibility, and operational execution to ensure stable business operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities may shift across Supply & Demand and Fulfillment depending on business conditions.

Roles and responsibilities
Analyze and visualize supply chain data (demand, inventory, supply) to identify risks and support business decisions
Support stable fulfillment operations by monitoring daily execution and mitigating operational risks
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global/AP teams to align supply chain and business requirements
Support decision making and drive process improvement based on data and operational insights
Flexibility is needed since responsibilities may shift across Supply & Demand and Fulfillment depending on business conditions, including potential changes in operating model or business scope
